Medicare Supplement Insurance Plan C is a policy which covers nearly all of the Medicare gaps that you would usually be required to pay with the only exception is the Part B excess charges which are surcharges that your doctor can charge above and beyond what Medicare will reimburse. It is almost identical to the most comprehensive and popular Medicare Supplement Plan F.
If excess charges concern you, the Medigap Plan F or G might be a better choice for you than Medicare Plan C. Another consideration regarding Plan C will be the cost. Since it’s one of the policies that have the most comprehensive content, the premiums will be higher than a Plan G or Plan N. Though if you think this plan suits your needs easily, we will help you find the cheapest one available in your state.
